Psychische Gesundheit ist nicht selbstverst\u00e4ndlich und gerade im Studienalltag immer h\u00e4ufiger ein Problem. Zudem sind Therapiepl\u00e4tze oft schwer zu bekommen und sehr teuer.<\/p>\n

Autismus-Spektrum-St\u00f6rung an:<\/p>\n – AD(H)S-Interventionsprogramm: Fokus auf Organisation, Zeitmanagement, Emotionsregulation und den Umgang mit Prokrastination. Durch hilfreiche Strategien soll der Studienalltag nachhaltig erleichtert werden.<\/p>\n – Autismus-Interventionsprogramm: zielt darauf ab, soziale Fertigkeiten zu st\u00e4rken und den Umgang mit sozio-emotionalen Herausforderungen im Studium zu erleichtern, um sicherer in sozialen Situationen zu agieren.<\/p>\n Beide Programme umfassen w\u00f6chentliche Gruppensitzungen (8-10 Einheiten) und werden wissenschaftlich evaluiert. It aims to provide helpful strategies to sustainably facilitate daily student life.<\/p>\n – Autism Program: Aims to strengthen social skills and facilitate navigating socio-emotional challenges to act more confidently and self-assuredly in social situations during studies and everyday life.<\/p>\n Both programs consist of 8-10 weekly group sessions and are scientifically evaluated.
